Summary
Diabetes UK has an ambitious and exciting strategy - A generation to end the harm 2020-2025 - with a focus on improving outcomes for all people affected by and at risk of diabetes, making a difference to lives in the ways that matter most. This role plays a pivotal role working with all parts of the charity to ensure we plan effectively to deliver our strategy in a co-ordinated and impactful way.

Main Responsibilities
In this role you will be part of Strategy and Planning, a highly supportive and collaborative team with a unique overview across the charity. The team helps colleagues across Diabetes UK achieve our strategy outcomes - bigger, better and faster. We continuously reflect, learn and improve - and encourage others to do the same.

In this role you will
  • Oversee and support the business planning and impact measurement framework to help achieve our strategy outcomes
  • Work with colleagues across the organisation to make sure projects get the resources they need at the right time to deliver maximum impact.
  • Drive our project management approach so that we can make an even bigger difference for people living with or at risk of diabetes.
