An exciting opportunity for a highly organised and experienced relationship builder to support the delivery and management of stakeholder relationships with key international partners and members at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG).

International Partnerships Coordinator

£28,144 - £30,601pa

Full time, 35 hours per week

Fixed term contract, 12 months


About the role

You will support relationship management and communication with key international stakeholder groups based internationally, notably the RCOG International Representative Committees (IRCs) in 21 countries, and other strategic international partners. You will assist in the delivery of agreed engagement activities, plan and administer IRC elections and support projects from inception through to completion for country specific meetings and activities.

A strong collaborator, you will be expected to build strong relationships with teams across the College, working with the Vice President for Global Health, the Executive Director of Membership and Global and the Head of Membership to ensure excellent communication and coordination with our international partners.

About you

As the ideal candidate, you will have:
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to organise and support meetings with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience of dealing with front line customer services or relationship management
  • Awareness of the challenges and opportunities that are presented when working across a global network
  • Experience of using a CRM system or database
