Nursery Manager

Nursery Manager required in Billericay
Up to £33,000pa
We are currently working with an established nursery in Billericay who are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager. The successful applicant must have some management experience and have a passion for early years education.

Specification:
Experience of leading a strong team
Paediatric First Aid (Desirable)
Experience in a similar role
A minimum Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent

Responsibilities of Nursery Manager:
• Lead the day to day nursery operations
• Ensure staff comply with policy and procedures
• Partner with parents and carers, and build positive relationships
• Ensure the EYFS is effectively maintained throughout the nursery setting
• Invoice parents
• Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections
• Mentor staff
• Lead show arounds of potential new children/families
