Commercial Systems & Performance Manager - Full Time - Contract - Remote

About the role
As a Commercial Systems and Performance Manager, you will be supporting the profitable growth of our client's business by being responsible for overseeing the delivery of the commercial systems and performance management across the Lightning and Morpheus Programmes, to drive value for money, together with minimising delivery, performance and commercial risks. You will also be reporting to the Head of NEC4 Contracts and Civils Engineering.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Lightning Commercial Team, please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must haves:

• Understanding and experience of working with NEC3/4 Engineering Constructions Contract (ECC - Options A and C) and Terms Services Contract (TSC) Projects
• Proven track record of management of Contractor Early Warning (EW) and Compensation Event (CE) processes
• Understanding of management and mitigation of commercial risks
• Awareness of CEMAR system general operations and experience liaising with CEMAR support teams

• Understanding and experience of working with CEMAR system aligned with the NEC4 Contracts

Other stuff we're potentially looking for:

• Telecommunications/Engineering background.
• Experienced in understanding Health and Safety requirements in Construction.
• Experience of management of Construction BoM.
• Experience of use of Contract and Cost Management and Estimating Tools.
• Experience of Cost Management.
• Ability to manage Opex and Capex budgets.
