Senior Technical Manager - Residential Developer - Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are currently working with a leading residential and mixed-use developer, who are looking to expand one of their branches by recruiting a senior technical manager.
The business is a residential developer, with offices and developments across the UK. They are an industry leader, and have won awards ranging from resident satisfaction, to quality of work.
Responsibilities:
The role will involve appointing and briefing architects, reviewing the technical drawings produced, and leading a team of technical co-ordinators on the development.
Other duties will include:
Candidates should possess experience as a Technical Manager, however strong Technical Co-ordinator candidates may be considered. This experience should be gained within a residential developer, alongside excellent written and verbal communications skills. Additionally, candidates should be well organised, skilled in planning for both themselves and others, and have strong attention to detail across all aspects of work.
The candidate should be a strong team player, and an assertive individual. They should be capable of influencing others and building strong relationships and networks - both internally and externally.

- Monitoring expenditures compared to both appointment values and budgets, alongside ensuring that the appropriate invoices are processed in a timely fashion
- Liaise with other departments, ensuring all information required is shared efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of industry-specific issues, such as changes in regulation, feedback from current research, and any new product developments
- Resolve day-to-day issues that present themselves on a development, and where necessary provide feedback to the Technical Director
