- Organise the team workflow, providing leadership and ensuring timely processing of customer orders and shipments
- Managing escalated queries and disputes
- Coaching, mentoring, and development of direct reports
- Account Management of more complex and high-profile accounts
- Developing processes to improve the customer experience
ABOUT YOU
- You will have a background in Sales Admin or Sales Support with 2+ years of leadership experience
- You will have strong Excel skills
- You will have fab interpersonal skills
