This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established luxury brand to lead a team of Customer Service Administrators. This is a hands-on customer facing role with responsible of a small well established sales admin team. OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
  • Organise the team workflow, providing leadership and ensuring timely processing of customer orders and shipments
  • Managing escalated queries and disputes
  • Coaching, mentoring, and development of direct reports
  • Account Management of more complex and high-profile accounts
  • Developing processes to improve the customer experience

ABOUT YOU
  • You will have a background in Sales Admin or Sales Support with 2+ years of leadership experience
  • You will have strong Excel skills
  • You will have fab interpersonal skills
