I am currently working with an NHS organisation in the Southeast of England who are looking for a Project Manager to manage the development and implementation of electronic forms (eForms) across the organisation.
You will be responsible forboth the initial implementation and the on-going management of an eForms development service and the associated development team for the duration of the paper-to-digital transition.
The role will work with senior Trust stakeholders, both clinical and non-clinical, to plan for and deliver a sufficient eForms economy within the Trust to negate the need for an external scanning service. Regular engagement and assurance will be provided to the Trust Executive Team.
You will be working closely with CIO, CCIO, senior IT and non-IT stakeholders to contribute and lead on informing short, medium and long-term IM&T strategy within the Trust on a key multi-faceted programme of works that will shape how clinical records and captured and digitised.Experience Required:
- NHS Project Management experience
- eForms project or Paperless project experience
- Experience working and implementing change and transformational projects through multi-departmental stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining and updating Risks & Issues Logs, including triage and root cause analysis of new and emerging risks and issues.
