Our client based in Frimley is recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their busy team in Frimley. Our client operates some hybrid working but you must be happy to come into the office a few days per week.

Managing UK marketing fundamentals
  • Work cross-collaboratively with key teams in our organisation to drive and deliver on strategic initiatives
  • Deliver Marketing activity on brief, on budget and on time
  • Build relationships and activity across internal departments and external partnerships
  • Budget management - owning and managing UK marketing budget throughout year
  • Agency management - ensure all agencies are meeting pre-determined KPI's, and working to the best of their ability for the business
  • Analysis and measurement of all activity
  • Working closely with EMEA marketing team and corporate/global team, oversee implementation of all marketing activity in the UK
  • Database management
  • Targeted awareness using all channels
  • Drive traffic to website
  • Generate leads
  • Source and organise events
  • Sell through/on-site engagement of hotelier and guests
  • Minimum of monthly reporting and evaluation on all KPI stats including;
  • Web sessions to hospitality landing pages
  • Web enquiries in hospitality
  • Conversion rate from SFDC Lead to opportunity in hospitality
  • Opt-in in hospitality
  • Event insights and planning for hospitality across EMEA

Generating leads and sales conversion assets
  • Plan, implement and evaluate all marketing activity
  • Database management
  • Targeted awareness using all channels
  • Drive traffic to website
  • Generate leads

EMEA Marketing
  • Participate in Pan - EMEA marketing activity including developing plans, budgets and processes and implementation of specific campaigns

The Person
  • 4+ year experience in account management or customer facing role
  • Marketing or business-related degree
  • Experience of project management and relevant tools such as monday.com
  • Able to analyse and interpret data and provide recommendations
  • Experience using initiative and working in a fast-paced environment
  • A problem solver able to process information quickly
  • Expert at relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Experience navigating the political landscape of an organisation
  • Interest in fitness-tech is a plus
  • Use of CRM system, such as salesforce.com
  • Fully computer literate
