Client Details

Based in Leeds, this organisation are flexible when it comes to working location, but you will ideally spend 2/3 days a week in their Leeds office for the early stages of the project.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Internal Communications Manager:

• You will help to support the corporate strategy whilst increasing colleague engagement and helping to build the brands reputation.
• Co-ordinate and deliver an overarching wide communication and engagement plan for agreed a large programme of activity
• Support the delivery of agreed programmes communications with colleagues across the organisation
• Support the development of compelling strategic narratives that provide a clear understanding of the link between the delivery of the organisational strategy and the role of the programmes
• Provide support with strategic advice to senior leaders and stakeholders across marketing and other areas of the business, on the development of internal communications plans

Profile

• Highly skilled internal communications professional
• Experience working in large organisation
• Experience communicating a transformation/change programme
• Excellent communicator
• Available to start a role immediately (or at very short notice)

Job Offer
