Healthcare Operations Manager
Nottinghamshire Head Office (hybrid & remote working options with occasional travel)
Salary between £45,000 - £55,000.
We are recruiting on behalf of an exciting and rapidly growing healthcare organisation within the East Midlands. They currently have phenomenal opportunities for 2 new Operations Managers to take full control of their own careers by supporting the smooth operational execution of the healthcare solutions provided by the company.

In this position an Operations Manager will gain full responsibility and authority of their own portfolio of theatre and outpatient services contracts varying in size and specialism whilst managing their own team of supporting Operations Coordinators.
The perfect Operations Manager candidate will have extensive prior experience with NHS frameworks and an active working knowledge of clinical operations in a medical capacity. They will be the sole contact and lead on their mobilisation projects and so will be able to work completely independently and hit the ground running with previous experience in NHS primary & secondary care, management or in-sourcing.
We are looking for experienced Operations Managers who are able to meet these key requirements:
- Expertise in operational management and plate-spinning
- UK-accredited relevant scientific degree level qualification or NHS experience
- Vast prior experience within the healthcare sector, public or private
- Team leadership & independent working with attention to detail
- Project management and client liaison skills
- Knowledge of clinical industry regulations and compliance
- Ability and willingness to travel for on-site client meetings
Our client would favour a candidate who can represent the company and its values to both prospective and existing clients by instilling confidence via briefs, tender writing and when attending meetings up to executive level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to plate-spin, manage and work on multiple projects at the same time along with a thorough knowledge of clinical specifications and medical coding are also essential for this Operations Manager role.
