REED Marketing and Creative are supporting a Global Company who are seeking a Marketing Manager (Head of Marketing/Marketing Director level) to join them Permanently, working from all of the time (fully remote), travel to Oxford 2 times a month.
You need to have strong experience managing, leading and recruiting a team, stakeholder management, developing Marketing strategies through data and more.
You need to be a easy going person, yet resilient to be able to manage these stakeholders. We require someone with at least 4 years' experience within Marketing ideally line managing in that time.
The role could be a step up for a Marketing Manager who wants to go more strategic/people management or a change to an awesome company for someone already at this level with the chance to progress in this large Marketing team.
It would be great if your background was within Publishing, Agency, FMCG or Retail, though any sector could work if you have the right experience.
