Description

Assistant Accountant - Woking

• Post intercompany transactions using supporting documents in a multi-currency environment
• Consistently deliver the standards of customer service defined by the Financial Accountant to all internal and external stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with colleagues (particularly NOs and COs) to assist with analysis to identify root causes of problems and errors and support projects to deliver and implement process improvements designed to deliver "right first time on time" results
• Develop strong supportive working relationships with intercompany colleagues globally
• Tale part in regular CO and NO working groups to create effective global relationships, share information and discuss common issues
• Train colleagues in many countries in the requirements of the intercompany process
• Work under pressure to month end deadlines with large transaction volumes
• Deliver reports to review and measure the performance of the intercompany accounting team
• Reconcile intercompany accounts monthly & support period end and audits as required
• Post accruals as needed

Profile

An ideal candidate will have working knowledge of intercompany systems & be available on short notice

Job Offer

Salary £25,000 - £30,000
