POST recruitment is recruiting for a proven UX design manager for a Leeds based consultancy.
This is a newly created role with the intial focus on the internal systems and intranet for (50,000+) remote users.

Duties will include;
- Collaborate with product management, engineering marketing, creative design and other stakeholders to define UX design vision and implement intuitive, seamless user interactions with products & data heavy applications across multiple platforms
- Utilise proven expertise across all facets of user-centered design and user experience, spanning UX strategy, experience and interaction design, user research and assessment, Rapid Prototyping, UI Patters, user adoption and visual design.
- Experienced working with industry standard analytics tools like Google Analytics. Analysing online user behavior, reporting on key metrics, interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data.
- Drive product design process from research, wire-frames to excellent visual execution and develop world-class design
- Mentor the product design team, providing direction for individual growth and improvement.
- Hands-on work and leading product strategy and production of tidy, thorough Digital deliverables and best practices: Experience Research Map, Customer Journey Map, User Stories, User flows and Wireframes
- A/B Testing, Focus Groups, Analytic Based Modifications and Prototype Testing like iterative
- Conduct design thinking (DD) for our customer's experience to bring out immersive and Omni-channel experiences for web and mobile technologies
