This role will join a world-class procurement function with executive sponsorship and significant stakeholder buy-in. Working with a broad portfolio of projects, a key area of focus pertains to their FM spend. You will enjoy significant levels of visibility and buy-in across the management population with a key part of your role to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external across multiple European locations. With full end-to-end procurement responsibility, this will include negotiating and agreeing on contracts and tracking their progress and identifying and delivering to future opportunities to add value.
For you to be successful in this job, you will have to a strong background working in a Procurement role and notable exposure to FM spend and Hard FM in particular. You will have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment. You should be able to multi-task and prioritize your work load quickly, while still working to a high standard. With a need to be in the office 2-3 days per month, there are also long-term opportunities for growth and progression.
