My client, a leading HS2 contractor, is looking to recruit an HR Systems Project Manager to lead the HR team for the HS2 project in Birmingham.

  • Support the people agenda across the project by leading the development, delivery and implementation of the HRSystem
  • Review all the associated people processes
  • Liaising with subject matter experts across the function
  • Designing an effective change management plan
  • Managing all project communication
  • Meeting the project objectives (single point of entry, integrated systems, automated reporting, self service, workflows)
  • Develop and deliver an employee communication and engagement strategy to support the embedding of the HR System
  • Produce user training guides for all users including HR function, line managers and colleagues
  • Conduct a review of all current processes, identify which are fit for purpose and where changes/automation are required
  • Accountable for the transfer of data and data integrity
  • Record and maintain comprehensive project progress documentation and lead progress update to HRLT and meetings with internal stakeholders and system provider stakeholders

  • Experience of Implementing and deploying anHR system
  • Experience in large-scale data migrations
  • Ability to workunaided and deliver to a tight project deadline
  • Experience of lead large scale project management activities with successful conclusions
