My client is an outstanding innovative global business. An Opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to support their Global Marketing & Communications Director and Legal Counsel. Working within this fast-paced environment, you will be required to manage changing and conflicting diaries as well implement processes and business changes. Day-to-day you will be required to carry out the following:
  • Legal support for Legal Counsel and Legal & Compliance team including collation of external legal spend monthly, support with specific legal projects -
  • Support the Divisional Marketing Director with planning of campaigns and exhibitions - Providing data for and preparing management information reports and documents
  • Expert levels of diary management whilst be conscious of other business demands and responsibilities of the Director
  • Meeting and travel arrangements on behalf of the Directors and the wider business both national and international
  • Professional inbox management in order to management levels of client and stakeholder relationship
  • Supporting of leadership meetings on a regular basis as well as coordination of signing of any relevant legal documents
  • Prioritisation of workload including creation of board reports and presentations
  • Liaison and coordination of on site staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the business
  • Supporting with projects and global communications

Alongside all business responsibilities, you will also be required to offer day-to-day personal support to the Directors where appropriate. You must possess experience in the preparation of board packs and international travel as well as high levels of IT literacy.
