We have a fantastic opportunity for a Replenishment Manager with a specialist General Merchandise multi-channel retailer who are a market leader in their field. With a mix of home working and working from their modern offices, as a Replenishment Manager you will be responsible for managing a team to ensure the business has the right stock in the right store at the right time, and in the correct volumes. With ambitious plans to open more stores and to continue to develop their online offering, the successful applicant will have genuine opportunity to make a difference.

About the role

You will play a pivotal role to ensure that branch allocation and the replenishment process for both stores and online channels is executed accurately and efficiently, playing a key role in the company meeting their sales and profit targets. Key to the success of the role will be your ability to build effective relationships with suppliers as well with internal stakeholders such as Buying, Merchandising and Logistics. You and your team will lead the category and channel planning process as well as work closely with Merchandising to enhance stock flow and product availability via the development of an efficient outbound Supply Chain.

About the Person

Replenishment is crucial to the success of the business and to be considered for this exciting and challenging role you will need to have a demonstrable track record of success in a retail supply chain / stock management environment, be it Core Merchandising, Branch Merchandising, Allocations or Supply Chain. With a first-rate knowledge of how retail merchandising and replenishment systems operate, you will be decisive, calm under pressure and have outstanding commercial, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills. You will also be an inspirational manager and leader with the ability to influence at all levels in a complex and layered business.
