We are working with a well established and well respected Law firm who are based close to Speke, Merseyside.
The role of a LEGAL ASSISTANT will be to assist the Paralegals and Fee Earners to enhance their ability to service the Clients to their best ability.
The role will support in the following areas:
- Initial contact with any enquiries via telephone.
- Collating information that will be of use to pass on to the Paralegals.
- Administration duties
- Filing and opening files
- Preparation of documents for use in the Clients claim
- Database Management (Ideally experience of Proclaim)
If you have experience of administration tasks within a law firm, and ideally have experience of using Proclaim, then this will be a fantastic opportunity to join a growing firm of Solicitors at entry level.
The firm is vibrant and fast paced and is looking to recruit someone with a great attitude to work and progression. The role will be an integral part of the Team.
