Teaching Assistant Kirkby
Teaching Assistant needed in Kirkby Primary School
Your new company
Hays Education are experts in finding Education professionals the best possible opportunities to take the next step in their career.
Last year we filled thousands of jobs on Merseyside, working in partnership with hundreds of schools in the local area to fill their vacancies.
We are forecasting to be even busier in 2022, offering our Teaching Assistants the best opportunity to work with the best schools in the area.
It is our current strategy to register as many Teaching Assistants as we can, as the demand from our partnered schools continues to rise.
Your new role
Teaching Assistant is a highly rewarding and flexible role.
Some of our roles include working exclusive 1:1 with a child who may be struggling with their schoolwork. In this role you will be focused on helping that child with their schoolwork during class and keeping them on track.
Some of our roles will include working as General TA within the classroom, helping the teacher to deliver lessons. You may be asked to take small groups in order help each individual child reach their potential.
We also have opportunities to work with SEN children. This can be an extremely rewarding opportunity to work with children who require extra support in school.
We are also always on the lookout for experienced TAs and HLTAs. For experienced or more qualified candidate's we offer additional pay and benefits. Please ask us if you think you might qualify for this and we will be able to give you more details.
This is a role that offers complete flexibility. As a Hays registered TA you will get your pick of the best jobs with the best schools in the area. It is desirable for us if you can work 5 days a week but there is no minimum amount of days you have to work. If you are a student, have childcare responsibilities or otherwise have a busy schedule, this would therefore be the perfect role for you.
