Finance Administrator-Part-Time Temporary position
  • Starts 14th December 2021 until 29th April 2022
  • Remote based to start off with and IT equipment supplied
  • Initial office based training BH12 Poole location
  • The role could go hybrid in the near future, so must live close to office location and be happy to go into the office at a later stage and for training at the beginning
  • £10.41 Pay Rate per hour (paid weekly)
  • Hours 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday - 25 hours per week

About the role of the Finance Administrator
  • Will be working as part of the Finance team, checking Finance in-box for incoming invoices and messages
  • Process Invoices for payment on Oracle Fusion System
  • Must have accurate data entry skills and be used to high volumes of data entry work
  • Uploading documents
  • Running reports
  • Ensure Supply chain managed efficiently
  • Check for correct paperwork and compliance is met
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Interactions with Senior Management, IT dept, HR dept and other teams
  • Previous Finance Administration experience required
  • Good IT skills, to include MS Office, (Oracle Fusion or equivalent system)
