Finance Administrator-Part-Time Temporary position
About the role of the Finance Administrator
Personal Qualities for the Finance Administrator role
- Starts 14th December 2021 until 29th April 2022
- Remote based to start off with and IT equipment supplied
- Initial office based training BH12 Poole location
- The role could go hybrid in the near future, so must live close to office location and be happy to go into the office at a later stage and for training at the beginning
- £10.41 Pay Rate per hour (paid weekly)
- Hours 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday - 25 hours per week
About the role of the Finance Administrator
- Will be working as part of the Finance team, checking Finance in-box for incoming invoices and messages
- Process Invoices for payment on Oracle Fusion System
- Must have accurate data entry skills and be used to high volumes of data entry work
- Uploading documents
- Running reports
- Ensure Supply chain managed efficiently
- Check for correct paperwork and compliance is met
- Ensure timely payment of invoices
- Must have great attention to detail
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Interactions with Senior Management, IT dept, HR dept and other teams
- Previous Finance Administration experience required
- Good IT skills, to include MS Office, (Oracle Fusion or equivalent system)
