- Maintaining and retaining business with existing clients
- Ensuing requirements and expectations are set with new clients
- Grow revenue with existing clients
- Managing clients disputes
- Working with Senior managers on overall client experience
- Helping clients understand updates and new technology
- Taking on new projects
