Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic employer in the Washington area who are looking to recruit and experienced Finance Assistant on a full time Temp to Perm basis. The role will be temporary initially with the view to go permanent.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, main duties will include:
• Investigate errors and propose corrective action to relevant team.
• Advise Sales department on solving queries and confirming corrective action
• To recognise and enquire in system errors, making corrections
• Handle basic supplier queries
• Able to use own initiative to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met
• Providing excellent customer service to long established affiliations
