Theatre Scrub Team Leader
Location: Kingston-Upon-Thames
Hours: Full-time - Early and Late Shifts
Salary: £42,000 - £44,000
We are looking for an experienced Theatre Practitioner with team leading and management experience to take on a Team Leader role.
The Team Leader will be responsible for the management of staff and resources. For this role we are looking for candidates with experience in Plastics
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading the introduction of the Gender Dysphoria surgery within the operating department as well as managing the staff and resources within the Plastic Scrub Team. They will work with the Theatre Manager to ensure the provision of high quality, evidence based patient centred care for patients and theatre users.
Shift times are: Early (07:30 -16:00) Late: 12:30-21:00 Longday (07:30-18:00)
On-call participation is once every 3 months
The hospital has 3 theatres where they perform minor and major surgeries (except Neuro & Cardiothoracic)
