Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant

IMMEDIATE START

Pay Rate: £11 - £13 per hour - depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Haywards Heath & Home based

Duration: 3 months (could be longer)

We currently have an excellent 3 month accounts payable role working with a large company based in central Haywards Heath.

You will assist in processing supplier invoices and preparing payments for the their brands across the UK. You will also be working with the team on our data validation activities. You will support the Accounts Payable Supervisor, Assistant Accounts Payable Supervisor and other Accounts Payable Assistants in the day to day and month end Accounts Payable activities.

The position is based in Haywards Heath and is a Hybrid-working position.

To be a successful applicant you will need to have experience working in an Accounts Payable department and experienced with SAP.

The role requires a multitasker and someone who is highly organised who can assist with a back log of invoices.
