Orka Financial is working with a global company based in Bracknell who is looking to hire a Finance Business Administrator, you will be part of a very successful team, processing invoices and building strong relationships with the global sales team being the first point of contact.

This position is a very varied role and would suit a forward thinking numerate candidate who is highly organised and has strong administration skills, working within an ever changing industry.

  • Processing of all direct sales orders & credit notes
  • Working with finance to ensure credit limits are allocated to new accounts
  • Investigate and solve customer licensing/shipping/invoicing queries
  • Verifying and processing of all purchases orders
  • Providing information to Auditors on a regular basis (ensuring SOX compliant)
  • Month end duties
  • Management of the finance queries in-box
  • Issuing license keys for both internal software and Third party products
  • Pre-registering and registering all new and existing customer information into our CRM database
  • Creating standard Legal contract documentation for direct Sales team

  • Supporting a finance sales team
  • Highly numerate
  • Strong administration skills working to month end targets

Salary £28,000 - £30,000 + hybrid working
