Badenoch + Clark's client in Greater Manchester requires an Executive Assistant to start in January 2022 for a contract until September 2023 with the rates being negotiable in the region of £275-£325 per day (outside IR35). The role is a mixture of on-site and remote working, so applicants must be willing to work onsite in a COVID-secure environment.

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of the IT Business Support function for this NHS organisation and be required to support senior team members and business office programmes so you will need experience working closely with executive directors and senior staff members.

Key duties will include the following:
* Attend senior stakeholder meetings to capture actions
* Support active management of actions across senior management team
* Research information for senior management staff on required topics to create a broad library on information
* Preparing briefing papers
* Complete analysis on project & programmes

The ideal candidate will be a proven, organised Executive Assistant with experience working in a Business Support function who has worked in a similar role within the NHS or a public sector organisation. You will have excellent communication, administration and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
