I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Domiciliary Care Manager role in Aldershot, reporting to the Registered Manager. They are a home care provider with 5 branches and have a fantastic reputation.

An extremely reputable company with 5 branches across the south and excellent support network for their senior management team within branch.

Key Responsibilities of a Care Manager:

  • To work closely with the office staff
  • Manage the day to day running of the branch
  • To be creative with how to improve customer service
  • To manage within a branch providing around 250 hours of care per week
Care Manager Requirements:

  • Domiciliary Care experience
  • Management experience
  • Track record of growing services
  • Quality & Compliance knowledge
  • Experience in managing people
  • Eagerness and drive to progress
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn


  • 4 years established
  • Fantastic support from Head Office
  • Achievable bonus structure
  • 30 days annual leave
