A 3 months+ opportunity for a Finance Support Administrator has arisen with the local authorities in Billingham.

We are looking for someone to help raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, GRIR, deal with purchasing and invoice queries. Process month end accruals within the company's deadline. Assist with ongoing and ad hoc Projects including the mobilisation of new contracts and dilapidation process for terminated contracts. Take service request calls from clients and arrange service booking.

Skills and Experience:
  • GCSE level, including English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • Previous experience working within a responsible busy finance administrative role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively when working remotely from the managers you are supporting.

Hours of work are 8.30am till 5pm, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
