Robertson Bell are delighted to be working with a worthwhile human rights charity to recruit an Interim Finance and Resources Administrator on an initial 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent.
Responsibilities for this role include:
This Interim Finance and Resources Administrator will work as part of a hybrid working situation and will attend the office 1-2 days a week in central London. Offering an excellent opportunity to join a charity focused on human rights and gain experience in a wide-ranging role where tasks differ on a day to day basis, apply now as applications are likely to close short of the deadline.
The successful candidate will:

Responsibilities for this role include:
- Processing transactions into Sage 50
- Acting as an executive assistant to the Finance Director for ad hoc based tasks
- Dealing with staff queries in regard to finance and IT
- Completing a range of reconciliation tasks
This Interim Finance and Resources Administrator will work as part of a hybrid working situation and will attend the office 1-2 days a week in central London. The successful candidate will:
- Have 2+ years' experience from within a transactions processing role
- Have experience of database/spreadsheet management
- Have basic skills using excel
- Have office management skills including attending meetings and dealing with internal queries
