We are currently working with a prestigious NHS Organisation in London who are looking for an Workforce Planning Manager to help them to take the lead on all aspects of the production and development of key workforce performance indicators and workforce information.
The successful candidate will need
* to provide professional Workforce Planning advice and expertise to support service development and design through development of a range of workforce planning processes
* to provide expert advice on the design of workforce reporting mechanisms and interpretation of workforce information
* to manage, maintain and develop use of high quality workforce information systems, including Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system and Phoenix
* to provide and analyse Trust wide Workforce information and support the development of workforce plans
* to be responsible for the day to day management and operation of the Workforce Information Systems Officers
Duration - 3 months initially with a strong possibility of an extension
Rate - £250-350 per day via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35)
