Finance Administrator required for a 6 month contract for my client in Farnham.

My client offers flexible working hours of 37 per week (between 7am and 7pm in discussion with the Finance Manager).

The role will initially be home working, then onsite at their beautiful site in Wrecclesham (on a flexible hours hybrid basis)

Role specification and experience
  • Make checks on expenses claims to ensure they are within policy rates and rules, collating details of issues identified or missing claims,
  • Help to collate and check staff credit card statements,
  • Upload purchase invoices to Unit4 Business World,
  • Generate simple sales orders with supporting documentation,
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office,
  • Ability to work as part of a team, assisting finance and non-finance colleagues,
  • Able to produce work with high level of attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Be able to communicate in an appropriate manner, with all levels of staff within the organisational, in a constructive and considerate manner.
