Internal Account Manager

An industry leading manufacturing company are hiring an Internal Account Manager due to continued growth. The company have been designing, manufacturing and exporting material handling solutions for over 75 years.

The Internal Account Manager role will have the following benefits:

• A salary of £25,500 (Rising to £26,500 after successful completion of probation)

DUTIES:

The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Account management of direct and distribution customers both in the UK and abroad
• Taking customer orders
• Upselling and advising on products (full training provided)
• Issuing quotes and order acknowledgements
• Maintaining the ERP system

REQUIREMENTS:

Internal Account Manager candidates should have some or all of the following experience:

• 1+ year in an internal sales/sales admin position
• Have worked for an engineering company before
• Confident and outgoing
• Commercially minded

This is an office based role commutable from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Solihull, Lichfield
