This great opportunity as a Finance Administrator based in Blackpool. The position advertised has an immediate start, on a temporary basis for up to 3 months with extension possible. This role has a flexible working pattern with an hourly pay rate between £9.00 and £11.00.

The key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to;
  • Performing transactional Order to Cash activities such as bank reconciliation, inputting and posting general ledger Journals
  • Ensure all Cash SLA and KPI's are monitored and escalating issues
  • Inputting invoices, credits, and statements
  • Reporting debt collection activities and to manage third party monies
  • Maintain records and filing systems, ensuring they are up to date and accurate
  • Assist in the production of weekly and monthly project control
  • Support in administrative activities such as taking messages, deal with enquiries via email and phone
  • Assist in the production of management information and month end reports


The successful candidate must possess the following skill set and experience;
  • Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills such as producing formulas
  • Knowledge and understanding of the processes, systems and operations
  • Ability to priorities workload and meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively and concisely to people internally and externally
  • Maintain good working relationship with colleagues and clients
  • Provide high quality and accuracy within tasks
  • Experience of working within a finance administration environment
