The role will require a good understanding of managing risk and controls within standard frameworks, writing controls (key, standard, and business specific), helping set expectations & requirements, strategic direction, and lastly embedding across Operations within a new framework.
The role will be key in supporting cultural change, initially piloting with a small subset of capabilities, expanding & rolling out controls enhancing the remaining capabilities within Operations highlighting the benefits and outcome.
Must be able to keep sensitive information confidential and know how to use appropriately.
Must be able to know when to escalate potential issues as soon as they are identified.
College degree or equivalent. 4 year degree in accounting or finance; other subjects may be applicable for specialities preferred. 3-6 years relevant experience including experience in audit or relevant speciality area preferred.
We are looking form someone who is Dynamic and out going this is a great team to work for, your Team Manager is based in the US, and for this role they have a Team based in Manchester. However this is a remote role but you will need to attend the office possible once a week but this also depends on ( covid rules).
