Accounts Assistants x 2
£12-13 per hour (depending on experience)
Our client has been through a very busy period of growth and transition and is looking to give some support to their busy accounts team by appointing a couple of Accounts Assistants on short term contracts.
The primary duties to be covered by these short-term contracts are:
- Processing invoices on to the system
- Dealing with receipts
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Bank Reconciliations
- Ad-hoc duties associated with Sales/Purchase Ledger
- Good IT skills - previous experience with Accounts packages and MS Excel
As these are short term contracts, our client is looking for applicants with previous experience who can pick things up quickly to make an impact straightway.
These positions are for an immediate start - before Christmas or from 4th January.
