A leading legal firm based in Crawley is seeking an experienced Client Compliance team leader to join there fast paced and friendly team.
The role will support the Information & Client Compliance Services Manager in providing efficient and effective client due diligence (CDD), conflict checking services, client and matter file creation and associated administration of the firm's practice management systems. As well as to manage the day to day function of the Client Compliance team and carry out staff management and review processes.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to make decisions independently but with a clear understanding of when to escalate to the Information & Client Compliance Services Manager/Risk Team.

IT literate with strong skills in Outlook, Word and Excel and the use of database resources
A good understanding of the CDD process and AML regulatory requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
