Are you an experienced Programme Manager working within the NHS looking for a new contract with immediate or quick start? Are you looking for a role covering a range of projects with the ability to have significant influence? Are you looking for fully remote work?

My client, an NHS Provider in the Midlands, is currently seeking an Interim Programme Manager - Band 8A to lead on a number of projects as part of a Well-Led initiative on an initial 3-6 month contract with strong potential to extend. Key responsibilities include:
  • Support Senior Management on well-led programme management, quickly learning about the regulatory recommendations and establishing what needs to be done to deliver results
  • Support the senior team in establishing change in response to areas that have been highlighted
  • Meet with Project Managers and take a global view of programme management
  • Develop the Programme Management framework, and support senior leaders in reporting at more senior levels.

This would especially suit those with Programme Management experience in other NHS Providers, ideally those who have worked on other Well-Led initiatives, or other experience responding to CQC recommendations. The role can be performed fully remotely and an immediate start is available.

Please meet the following criteria before applying:
  • Have substantial project/programme management experience within the NHS
  • Have strong Excel skills and strong report writing ability
