The Compliance Manager will:

• Aid and support the overall Compliance team.
• Undertake complaint handling in line with the companies policies and procedures.
• Undertake quality assurance monitoring in line with the company's policy and process.
• Undertake regular reviews of regulatory updates and bulletins.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working within a compliance role ideally gained within a consumer credit environment.
• Be familiar with The Consumer Credit sourcebook (CONC)
• Have relevant experience gained in a similar role within a consumer credit or FCA regulated organisations.
• Have sound knowledge of FCA rules and supporting FCA documentation, Data Protection legislation and the Financial Ombudsman Service.
