Description
The key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to;
- Checking invoices, chase credit notes and process accordingly
- Process invoices to internal and external suppliers
- Raise capital and revenue requisitions/purchase orders
- Create and maintain complex spreadsheet, including formulas, ensuring the information is up to date
- Action finance queries with resolutions; verbally or within writing
- Any related finance administration
- Attend meeting to report on issues concerning procurement matters
- Arrange set up and validation of new suppliers by ensuring financial accounts are accurate and read for review/approval
- Maintain relationships with internal and external companies
Profile
The successful candidate must possess the following skill set and experience;
- 4 GCSES or Equivalent; including English and Mathematics
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working within a Financial administration setting
- Experience on raising capital and revenue purchase order as well as processing invoices and dealing with queries
- Experience of working within a Public Sector environment preferably NHS
- Complex understanding and knowledge of financial systems
- In-depth knowledge of using MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to meet deadline and prioritise workload
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
