Kenneth Brian Associates, are supporting a leading organisation to develop their Accounts team through the appointment of a qualified AAT or active CIMA, ACA, ACCA studier.

Salary of £30-38k depending on experience and qualification level
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Financial Controller in this newly created role you will:
- Assist in preparing statutory accounts and reports under UK GAAP and other accounting frameworks
- Prepare management accounts on a monthly basis for Manager review.
- Prepare payment runs and VAT returns for review by the Management Accountant.
- Work as part of the team, to ensure systems and processes are regularly reviewed and recommendations are made.
Requirements
Individuals from a general accounting or management accounts background seeking a role offering progression, cutting edge technology and the opportunity to progress their career in a growth sector.
- Experience of preparing management accounts
- Experience of payment runs, VAT returns and working to deadlines
- AAT qualified, ACCA, ACA or CIMA active part qualified studier
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Exposure to Microsoft and cloud based accounting
