One of my leading creative agency client are currently looking to bring on board a passionate Account Manager to join their growing team. They have in-house team of consultants, creatives, developers, events experts and experiential specialists all passionate about creating amazing workplace experiences.

The role

• Planning, managing and delivering projects from briefing through to delivery
• Being the day-to-day contact for your clients, keeping them up to date and responding to any queries in a friendly, professional and timely manner
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
• Working closely with your SAM or AD, as well as managing projects independently
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, working to tight deadlines and effectively prioritising your workload
• Writing clear and concise briefs for your clients, in-house teams or external suppliers
• Conducting project kick-offs, briefings and update meetings
• Developing project proposal documents including project costings
• Keeping track of project costs against budget, managing POs and invoicing
• Developing and maintaining timing plans.
• Keeping internal admin up to date including timesheets, project files and budget management systems

**And ideally you'll be degree educated 2:1 and above or have relevant agency experience.**

Salary: £25,00 - £32,000

Location: Near to Henley (ideally office based but with some form of flex)
