EllisKnight are partnered with a brilliant and rapidly growing IT business based in Reading, Berkshire who are now looking for an Accounts Assistant for an 11 month maternity cover contract.

This is a part time role, working 22 hours a week, spread over either 4 or 5 days.

Our client is passionate & proactive in driving the value of distribution to Vendors & Partners and believe that partners will be more successful if they are enabled, supported & rewarded throughout the sales process. As a result, we offer a wide variety of partner growth services to accelerate a Vendors & Partners time to revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Credit Control - Queries/Copy invoices
  • Client Statements
  • Manual Entry Purchase Ledger
  • Supplier Statements/Queries
  • Compiling mid/end of month payment run
  • Monthly Subscription Invoicing and subsequent queries
  • Cover 1 suppliers orders for the first 5 days of the month
  • General Order Processing cover - Sick/Holiday
  • Day to day elements & Adhoc duties

  • Being able to work on your own but also as part of a team
