3 month HRBP role for an NHS Trust in London, paying £240-280 per day.
Your new company
You will work as an interim HR Business Partner, for an NHS Trust in London, for 3 months until 31st March 2022. The role may be extended depending on budget. You will work from home, then restrictions pending, 2-3 days in the office. The role is full time and will pay £240 PAYE or £280 via Umbrella, per day (NHS Band 8a).

Your new role
Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR, this role will work alongside 3 other HRBPs, with support from HR Advisors, in managing end to end ER caseload within a Trust of 2,300 staff.
* Generalist BP with an ER focus
* Managing ER caseload that comes from the roll out of mandatory vaccine in NHS - redeployment, redundancy etc.
* Advice to Managers on policy, procedure and complex matters
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role you must have HRBP/casework experience and have worked within the NHS.
