What you'll do?
- Preparing customers' custom-ordered shopping baskets.
- Delivering department routines.
- Closing / Opening store.
- Manually condensing stock and handling products with care to maintain product quality.
- Championing the reduction of food waste.
- Following company policies and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Replenishing products within the store.
- Receive and handle deliveries into the store from suppliers.
Requirements
What Our Client expects:
- Previous retail experience working with grocery merchants is desirable but not essential.
- A keen eye for detail as you will be required to merchandise displays and prepare orders.
- Flexible approach and a team player with a positive can-do, no-nonsense approach.
- Prepared to work hard and make the most of our training.
- Willing to learn, you don't need retail experience to succeed.
- Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and enthusiastic.
