CMD Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Finance Manager, to join their clients friendly team in Devizes.

Forming part of the Corporate Management team, you will be responsible for the management of the financial systems and the day-to-day supervision of the finance functions. Other duties will include:

• Take ownership of the Asset Register and Inventories
• Responsibility for the commercial properties
• Prepare and submit year end accounts
• Prepare financial reports
• Annual budget preparations
• Manage the budgeted income and expenditure
• Produce reports for the Senior Management Team
• Monitor cash flow
• Liaise with accountants, internal auditor and external auditor
• Manage banking and investment arrangements

Person Specification

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Experience in accountancy or financial planning
• Experience in producing budgets, forecasts, and statistics
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT Skills

This position is Part time and permanent. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm
