A leading insurance firm in London with offices spanning the UK and Europe are on the lookout for a System Implementation Project Manager to lead the planning and implementation of a number of strategic and operational system projects. As such, they are offering the opportunity for an experienced System Implementation Project Manager with a background of delivering projects in the insurance space for an initial 6 month contract outside of IR35.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, the successful System Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing business requirements, ensuring clarity and establishing expectations for services requested. You'll be reporting into the CFO whilst working with the implementation team, bridging the gap between the commercial and technical teams. Owning the full lifecycle to go live you'll need to hit the ground running in both a business change and technical aspect as well as ensuring selection, implementation, migration, UAT and BAU all go smoothly.

Project Manager Requirements:

In order to be successful in the role, we're looking for a System Implementation Project Manager who can demonstrate the following:
  • Knowledge around financial accounting software
  • Strong experience in delivering system implementations within an insurance environment
  • Extensive experience managing complex software deliveries
  • Outstanding client facing and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in working Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment

The client are offering a day rate of £600 -£625 and are flexible for the right candidate. Given the nature of contract work, we're looking to arrange interviews for 4thJanuary onwards.
