Finance & Compliance Associate
Our Client was founded 7 years ago by the current Director who saw the Financial Services Industry moving to offer ever more impersonal service to clients of all sizes and backgrounds, and realised an opportunity to move against that tide. Since then the company has developed its capabilities with new permissions, products and partnerships to offer a full execution, investment and custody service to Professional Clients.

We except this to be the first of a number of exciting wealth management solutions we can offer in 2022.The role:
Provide full support to both the Finance and Compliance departments as required. You will have a good understanding of general duties, including bookkeeping, financial compliance and the regulated finance sector. Preparing reports, file reviews and assist with compliance monitoring program.Ideally someone with the following attributes, experience & skills-
- 2 years + experience within financial services, including general duties and also compliance onboarding
- Sound knowledge of investment management would be advantageous
- Demonstrate confidence, credibility and gravitas
- Passionate about your career, the business and our clients
- Well organised with excellent skills in every medium of communication
There are two office locations, one in Stamford, Lincolnshire and the other near St Pauls, London. The ideal candidate will be based in London but could be based in between (eg. Peterborough or North London), the client envisages that they will return to the London office next year; retaining the Stamford office for closer clients.
