Team Leader - Potters Grange
£12.20 per hour days and nights, full time 42 hours per week

We need an experienced Team Leader with strong, proven leadership skills, good work ethic and who will enable our residents to have real choice and control over their day to day living.

Potters Grange is a brand new, 20 bedded boutique care home , set in a convenient location in Hertfordshire on the border with North London's Borough of Barnet.

We need Team Leaders whose values, behaviours and attitudes match our own, who can demonstrate empathy and passion, and deliver a person centred, first rate care with compassion and courage.

Reporting to our Nurses, you will have the experience and confidence to successfully lead others by example and have the ability to deal with situations with a high level of professionalism. Ideally you will have a Level 3 or above, if not you will have a Level 2 in Health & Social Care and will be willing to work towards your level 3. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and will demonstrate a positive and motivating attitude at all times. With experience in supporting staff in a care environment you will continue to develop and encourage your team to develop new skills.
