What you'll be doing:

Your main area of focus will be post-Deal value creation, which is used by our clients to maximise deal value.

As part of this team you will help design and deliver truly game changing analysis and insights to meet a range of business needs. For example:
  • Drive value creation, finding opportunities e.g. to find white space to increase sales and grow the clients top line performance;
  • Enable management to make better quality decisions, more quickly, by bringing financial and operational data together into a dynamic board reporting pack;
  • Bring clarity to pricing, discounting or salesforce effectiveness within a business;
  • Understand the performance of different customers and products by applying techniques such as cohort analysis and clustering;
  • Bring together advanced analytics and machine learning software to drive better decision making.

Most importantly, we need you to become a business partner and strategic advisor to our clients, translating and communicating your analysis to help answer the critical commercial questions.

How will you get us interested?

Coming from a finance background, you will have strong experience in leading teams through times of ambiguity and a high pressure environment. You will have experience in balancing the complex projects needs as well as coaching a team of different skillsets.

You will be financially & commercially savvy, but you will also be able to interpret your detailed & complex knowledge to meet the needs & strategic direction of our clients.

Therefore, what we can't go without is:
  • Experienced in partnering with high profile clients at senior level, ensuring we're exceeding the expectations of the client & mitigating rising issues
  • Experience of data & analytics within a Deals environment
  • Leading delivery teams including coaching and upskilling of junior team members.
  • ACA qualified or equivalent qualification

The role requires flexibility to travel throughout the UK.
