In this highly varied role, the successful candidate will also utilise their experience, skills, and knowledge to:
provide overall management of the centre, ensuring implementation and compliance of required health and safety standards.
contribute input to annual plans and budgets and support collation of data to provide measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
To manage the delivery of high quality and effective Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (STH) programmes in Reading for adults and children at risk.
To provide line management to the Reading team of STH practitioners
